- Source and acquire new customers for Wheels Loan products.
- Conduct field marketing activities and identify potential leads.
- Build relationships with vehicle dealers, DSAs, and local business channels.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure achievement of monthly business and collection targets.
- Maintain customer records and provide post-disbursement support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned area
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Direct Marketing, Sales, Vehicle Finance, Wheels Loans, or Financial Services.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
