OB VACANCY – AGRICULTURE DIPLOMA CANDIDATE- FULL TIME
Position: Agriculture Field Supervisor
Location: Kamadayani Farms, near Ganjalakunte, Hiriyur Taluk, Chitradurga District
Farm Size: Approximately 20 acres
We are looking for a sincere and responsible Diploma holder in Agriculture or Horticulture to assist in the day-to-day management of our farm.
Main Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of banana and arecanut plants
- Identifying pest, disease and nutrient-deficiency symptoms
- Supervising drip irrigation and fertigation
- Coordinating fertiliser, micronutrient and plant-protection applications
- Supervising farmworkers and ensuring scheduled work is completed
- Maintaining records of irrigation, fertigation, spraying, plant mortality and expenses
- Sharing regular photographs and progress reports through WhatsApp
- Coordinating with agricultural consultants whenever required
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture
- Practical knowledge of banana, arecanut or horticultural crops preferred
- Freshers with good practical knowledge may also apply
- Candidate should be sincere,
disciplined and willing to work in the field
- Basic smartphone and record-maintenance skills required
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Candidates from Hiriyur, Challakere or Chitradurga will be given preference
