- Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) from a recognized Polytechnic/Institution.
- Diploma should preferably be from an AICTE / State Board of Technical Education recognized institution.
- Candidates with a Diploma in Construction Engineering / Construction Technology may also be considered for suitable site roles.
Experience
- 0–2 years: Freshers can be considered for Junior Site Engineer/Site Supervisor positions.
- 2–5 years: Preferred for independent site supervision.
- Experience in building construction, civil works, RCC, finishing, quantity measurement and site coordination is desirable. Some construction-sector positions specifically require 2 years of post-qualification civil construction experience.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD – basic knowledge
- MS Excel and MS Word
- Reading civil/structural drawings
- Quantity measurement and BOQ
- Billing and estimation
- Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and concrete works
- Knowledge of brickwork, plastering, flooring and finishing
- Site supervision and labour management
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
