The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital sales strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving sales targets through various online channels. You will lead a team of digital sales executives, formulate sales plans, and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize our digital presence.

The Digital Sales

Manager will analyze market trends, identify recent business opportunities, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Skills and Tools Required

- Proven experience in digital sales or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry.
