Role Description This is a full-time Digital Sales Representative role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.

The Digital Sales

Representative will engage prospective and existing clients, understand their advertising needs, and propose suitable digital and cross-media advertising solutions.

Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting online and in-person sales presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to booking.



The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign execution, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. Daily activities also include maintaining CRM records, meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to enhance products and services.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in digital and online sales, including prospecting, lead conversion, and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain advertising solutions in clear, client-focused terms.
- Experience or familiarity with media and advertising domains. (Preference for D2C & SaaS performance marketing and Creative socials)
- Comfort with using CRM tools, online booking platforms, and basic office productivity software.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in advertising sales, media planning, or digital marketing is an advantage.
