Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end digital projects within the K-12 education, EdTech, educational publishing, or digital learning industry.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both educational content and technology platforms, with experience managing projects involving K-12 content, software, and digital platforms, ePub, InDesign, accessibility, LMS, assessment platforms, and digital learning solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from requirement gathering and planning through execution, quality assurance, client communication, delivery, and post-project support, while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management

- Manage digital learning and K-12 projects from initiation to final delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, trackers, status reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

K-12 Digital & Content Projects
- Manage projects involving K-12 educational content, digital learning products, educational publishing, and technology platforms.
- Work closely with Content, Editorial, Design, Technology, QA, Accessibility, and Production teams.
- Understand the complete workflow from content creation and design through digital conversion, technology integration, testing, and final delivery.
- Ensure that educational content and digital products meet project specifications and client requirements.

Technology & Platform Projects
- Coordinate projects involving software applications,



digital learning platforms, LMS, assessment platforms, and web-based learning solutions.
- Have a working understanding of software development and technology project lifecycles.
- Coordinate with development teams on requirements, development milestones, testing, UAT, deployment, and releases.
- Track technical dependencies, integrations, APIs, platform requirements, and issues.
- Work with technology teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of digital solutions.

Publishing, ePub & Accessibility
- Manage projects involving ePub/eBook production, InDesign-based workflows, digital publishing, and accessible content.
- Have a good understanding of digital accessibility standards and accessible content workflows.
- Coordinate with accessibility, design, editorial, and production teams to ensure compliant deliverables.
- Understand workflows related to PDF accessibility, ePub accessibility, InDesign, WCAG, and accessible digital content.

LMS & Assessment Platforms
- Work on projects involving LMS and digital learning platforms.
- Have familiarity with platforms such as Learnosity and other digital assessment/learning technologies.
- Understand LMS workflows, content integration, assessments, user journeys, and platform-based learning experiences.
- Coordinate with technical teams and clients for platform implementation, testing, issue resolution, and delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary project contact for assigned clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct project meetings, requirement discussions, status calls, and review sessions.
- Translate client requirements into actionable project plans for internal teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly to clients and leadership.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of project concerns.

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Content, Editorial, Design, Technology, QA, Accessibility, Production, and Operations teams.
- Allocate resources and coordinate workloads based on project requirements.




- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Support teams in resolving project blockers and meeting delivery milestones.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within K-12, EdTech, educational publishing, e-learning, or digital learning.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project management and digital product delivery.
- Experience managing projects involving K-12 content and digital learning products.
- Valuable understanding of software/application development lifecycle and digital platforms.
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems.
- Exposure to Learnosity or similar assessment platforms is highly desirable.
- Understanding of ePub/eBook production and digital publishing workflows.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and its role in educational publishing workflows.
- Understanding of digital accessibility, including WCAG and accessible PDFs/ePub.
- Experience working with technology, content, design, QA, and production teams.
- Strong experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
- Excellent project planning, documentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Good to Have

- Experience with LMS implementation/integration.
- Experience with Learnosity or digital assessment platforms.
- Knowledge of SCORM, LTI, APIs, SSO, or other learning technology integrations.
- Experience working with US K-12 curriculum/content.
- Experience with educational publishers or international EdTech clients.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, ADA, and PDF/UA.
- Experience managing digital transformation or technology-enabled publishing projects.
