Key Responsibilities:
- Internet Research &
- Web Surfing:
Conduct online research, gather relevant data, and handle daily web browsing tasks effectively.
- Social Media Management: Manage company social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and schedule or publish regular updates and posts.
- Basic Content Writing: Draft engaging post captions, short articles, simple marketing copy, and basic business communications.
- Client &
- Tele-Calling:
Handle outbound and inbound calls to communicate with leads, clients, or vendors, and address basic inquiries.
- Daily Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and track day-to-day tasks and completed activities.
Required Skills &
- Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate (BCA, B.Com, B.A, B.Sc, B.Tech, etc.)
- Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year
Skills:
- Good internet surfing & basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Docs / Sheets).
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Basic Hindi &
- English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good telephone etiquette and willingness to learn.
