Nayra Realtors is looking for a Digital Marketing & Video Editor to manage our real estate content, social media and lead-generation activities.

Your Responsibilities

1. Video Editing

- Property walkthrough videos
- Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Captions, transitions & graphics
- YouTube videos & thumbnails
- Basic property creatives

1. Digital Marketing

- Instagram & Facebook
- YouTube
- Meta Ads
- Basic Google Ads
- WhatsApp Marketing
- Lead Generation

1. Lead Management

- Excel/CRM
- Lead tracking
- Follow-ups
- Hot/Warm/Cold lead management
- Weekly reports





We are looking for someone who:
- Is excellent at video editing
- Understands Reels & Shorts
- Knows CapCut/Premiere Pro/VN
- Has Canva knowledge
- Understands Instagram & YouTube
- Has Meta Ads knowledge
- Is creative and result-oriented
- Can work independently

Important: This is NOT only a video editing job.

You will be responsible for:
