About the Role

Innospire Business Park is looking for an experienced and practical Digital Marketing Trainer to train students and aspiring professionals in modern digital marketing, branding, design, AI tools, and web development.

The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge and the ability to convert concepts into practical projects, live campaigns, and hands-on assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical, industry-oriented training sessions in Digital Marketing.
- Train students in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Teach fundamentals of branding, brand strategy, and visual communication.
- Provide practical training in graphic design tools and AI-powered design tools.
- Train students on AI tools for marketing, content creation, automation, research, and productivity.
- Introduce students to website design, UI/UX fundamentals, WordPress, Framer, and other relevant web design platforms.
- Develop and guide students through live projects, assignments, campaigns, and portfolio work.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and AI.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students on building industry-ready portfolios and preparing for careers in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with the Innospire team to develop training programs, course content, and practical learning modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Training, or a related industry.




- Strong practical knowledge of Digital Marketing and online advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or other graphic design platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, and other AI marketing/design tools.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of website design, WordPress, Framer, UI/UX, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong mentoring and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop industry-ready skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with students, freshers, or skilled training institutes.
- Experience handling live digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in branding, graphic design, content creation, or web design.
- Digital Marketing certifications such as Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar are an advantage.
- Candidates with an active portfolio or demonstrated industry projects are preferred.
