Kiwaad Foundation is expanding its skilling and livelihood initiatives, and we are looking for 2 enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainers to join our on-ground teams in New Delhi and Lucknow!

Role Snapshot

Position: Trainer – Digital Marketing

Vacancies: 1

Mode: In office

Remuneration: 20-25k Per Month

Target Audience: Mentoring youth (ages 18–30) from foundational to advanced digital marketing

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on, practical classroom sessions covering SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Content Marketing, Email/WhatsApp campaigns, and Analytics.

Guide students through live projects, portfolio building, freelance opportunities, and mock interviews. Support student placement activities by connecting with local employers and scheduling interviews.



Integrate workplace communication, professionalism, and soft skills into daily sessions.

What We Are Looking For

1–2 years of hands-on experience in running live ad campaigns and/or digital marketing training.

Strong ability to simplify technical concepts for first-generation learners.

Fluency in Hindi and English with excellent communication skills.

Certifications in Google/Meta/HubSpot or prior agency/skilling experience is a strong plus.
