Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing & Growth:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media channels to drive high-net-worth client leads for yacht charters and marine services.
- Manage search engine optimization (SEO) to improve local search visibility in the competitive Dubai marine and luxury rental market.
- Monitor campaign analytics, track conversion rates, and optimize performance regularly.
- Website Maintenance & Optimization:
- Oversee the day-to-day management, updates, and maintenance of company websites.
- Ensure quick loading speeds, seamless mobile responsiveness, and a flawless user experience (UX/UI) for booking forms and service pages.
- Troubleshoot technical glitches, manage hosting/domain configurations, and implement security updates.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Design high-end promotional materials, including social media creatives, digital brochures, email newsletters,



and banner ads that align with a luxury brand identity.
- Produce visually engaging assets for vessel listings, special events, and corporate announcements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Fresher / Experienced in digital marketing, web management, and graphic design ideally within the luxury, hospitality, or marine industry.
- Hands-on expertise with WordPress/CMS maintenance, HTML/CSS basics, and Google Analytics/Search Console.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing trends in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are a strong plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
