About The Role The Prime Step is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer who can train students and professionals in practical, industry-relevant digital marketing skills.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and the ability to explain technical topics in a easy and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical and engaging digital marketing training sessions.
- Teach SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Train students on tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and AI marketing tools.
- Conduct workshops, assignments, case studies, and practical activities.
- Keep course content updated according to current industry trends.
- Guide students with projects, portfolios, interview preparation, and career development.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.




- Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Digital Marketing and its latest trends.
- Practical experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, and Analytics.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners.
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI tools for digital marketing will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Training, or both.
- Freshers with strong practical digital marketing knowledge may also be considered.
