Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead and manage our digital marketing team and oversee day-to-day marketing activities across social media, SEO, paid campaigns, content, lead generation, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, result-oriented, and capable of managing a team, while also executing campaigns and monitoring performance. The candidate will be responsible for planning campaigns, allocating work, tracking KPIs, analyzing results, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Digital Marketing team.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance and productivity of team members.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate with the Content and Design teams.
- Monitor and improve SEO performance, website traffic, rankings, and organic growth.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics and ROI.
- Analyze digital marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Content, and other teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign spending where applicable.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance to improve their performance and skills.
- Take ownership of campaign timelines, deliverables,



and overall team output.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 -4 yrs years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience in team handling, team leadership, or project ownership.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, traffic, and engagement.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.
- Experience with CRM and lead-management platforms.
- Basic understanding of landing-page optimization and CRO.
- Experience in managing social media content and campaigns.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is an advantage.
- Experience working with agencies, startups, or fast-paced business environments is preferred.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is hands-on and comfortable leading a small team. The person should be able to independently plan campaigns, execute and optimize digital activities, analyze performance, and guide team members toward achieving marketing goals.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA, depending on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
