Role Description The Digital Marketing Team Lead is a full-time in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and content platforms.

The Team

Lead will oversee a team of marketers and interns, assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure campaigns meet client goals and deadlines. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, coordinating with sales and business development, and aligning marketing strategies with client requirements. The role also requires staying current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.

- Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate a diverse marketing team.




- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and present campaign insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills, including experience with digital channels, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to support lead generation efforts and align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
- Experience with analytics tools, social media management platforms, and marketing automation systems is beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience leading a digital marketing team or managing client-facing campaigns is preferred.
