Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert who can manage performance marketing, ad content creation, show production, and complete handling of Instagram & YouTube channels.

This role requires someone who can handle strategy + execution and help build a solid digital brand while generating real leads.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Paid Ads

- Plan, execute & optimize Meta, Google & YouTube ad campaigns
- Focus on lead generation, conversions & ROI
- Analyze CPL, ROAS & performance metrics

Ad Content Creation
- Create high-converting ad creatives (Reels, Shorts, Posters)
- Write scripts, hooks, captions & CTAs
- Coordinate shooting & editing for ad content

Show & Video Production
- Plan and produce shows (interviews, educational series, podcasts, live shows)
- Manage full production workflow:

Concept → Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Promotion
- Maintain brand consistency and quality

Instagram & YouTube Management
- Manage Instagram & YouTube content calendars
- Optimize Reels, Shorts & long-form videos
- Improve reach, engagement, subscribers & watch time




- Community management (comments & audience interaction)

Requirements
- 1–4+ years experience in Digital Marketing & Content Production
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & YouTube Ads
- Experience managing Instagram & YouTube channels
- Knowledge of scripting, thumbnails & video flow
- Basic understanding of video editing & analytics
- Ability to manage creators, editors & shoots
- Finance / trading / education niche experience is a plus
- Tamil & English communication preferred
