About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and online advertising. You will help grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and support marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging social media content, including Reels, short-form videos, graphics, captions, and promotional posts.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, traffic, and campaign performance.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns and audience targeting.
- Conduct keyword research and support basic SEO activities.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
- Research current digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Track marketing analytics and prepare basic performance reports.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.




- Ensure all digital content follows company branding and communication guidelines.

Requirements

- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Experience creating short-form videos and social media content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or other advertising platforms is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are an asset.
