About the Role

We are looking for someone who understands how to build, position and grow a brand digitally increasing our online visibility, strengthening our brand identity, reaching the right audience, and creating meaningful engagement around our social-impact work.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to strengthen Soch Foundation's online presence and brand visibility
- Build and grow the Soch Foundation brand across digital platforms
- Plan and execute SEO and SMO strategies to increase organic reach, traffic and engagement
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presence
- Create engaging campaigns, stories, creatives and content around our social-impact initiatives
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, enquiries, engagement and donor visibility
- Develop content calendars and digital campaigns based on organizational objectives
- Monitor digital performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Work on brand consistency, positioning and audience growth

? Additional Skills Required





- Strong Canva skills – should be able to independently create professional social media creatives, campaign posts, presentations and marketing materials
- Basic knowledge of WordPress for website updates, content publishing and basic optimization
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO and analytics
- Good knowledge of SMO and social media growth strategies
- Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital campaign performance
- Solid content and creative thinking ability
- Ability to understand an organization's mission and convert it into compelling digital communication
