We're hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social media and SEO across a portfolio of 5–10 clients. You'll own the day-to-day of multiple brands — planning content, publishing, engaging and reporting — while working closely with our SEO team to drive organic growth.

This role suits someone who has spent time in the weeds of social media and is ready to sharpen that craft across a range of industries.

What you'll do

Manage and oversee social media for 5–10 clients across LinkedIn, Instagram and Instagram Reels

Plan and publish content calendars tailored to each client's voice, audience and objectives

Write captions, hooks and short-form copy that drive engagement

Produce and schedule Instagram Reels from concept through to publish

Engage with comments, mentions and communities on behalf of clients

Conduct keyword research and deliver on-page SEO for client websites and blogs

Brief and edit SEO content, and support routine site health checks alongside the SEO team

Report monthly on reach, engagement, rankings and traffic, with clear recommendations on what to test next

Stay across platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging formats





What we're looking for A bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing, communications, media, English or a related field

Hands-on experience posting and growing accounts on Instagram and LinkedIn

Demonstrable experience producing Instagram Reels

Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimisation and content briefs

Strong writing skills — transparent, natural, and adaptable across different client voices

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple content calendars simultaneously

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and taking feedback on drafts

Able to work on-site in Bangalore, full-time

Nice to have

Agency experience or a background managing multiple brands or accounts A blog, newsletter, portfolio or personal brand of your own

Exposure to Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics or Search Console

Basic video editing skills, or comfort in front of a camera
