Saritha Developers is looking for a creative, performance-driven and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing websites, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, graphic design and video content, with a strong focus on generating measurable digital results.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage, update and optimize company/project websites
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
- Handle SEM and paid search campaigns
- Plan, execute, monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Track campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and ROI
- Create and manage social media content and campaigns
- Design digital creatives, banners, brochures and marketing materials
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional videos
- Develop content calendars and coordinate digital campaigns
- Monitor website traffic and digital marketing analytics
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify areas for improvement
- Support lead-generation campaigns for real estate projects
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing





? Skills Required
- Robust understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Search Console
- Knowledge of website management and basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms
- Good knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand campaign data and optimize performance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage multiple digital marketing activities

⭐ PreferredExperience in the real estate industry or experience handling lead-generation campaigns will be an advantage.
