Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Skilled with 6 to 7 years of experience to lead our online growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of all social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through strategic marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Fully manage, plan, and execute strategies across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Content & Campaigns: Create and oversee engaging content calendars, paid social campaigns, and organic growth tactics.
- Strategy & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.
- Brand Growth: Strengthen brand presence, stay updated with digital trends,



and engage effectively with the target audience.

Requirements:

- 6-7 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on social media handling.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and creative campaign-planning skills.
