Digital Marketing Specialist – Meta Ads & Graphic Design

Little India Public School is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Meta advertising, social media, and digital creative development. The role will focus on increasing the school’s online visibility, generating enquiries, engaging parents and prospective students, and supporting the school’s marketing activities through effective digital campaigns and creative content.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads & Paid Advertising

- Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and key metrics.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and budget.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.

Graphic Design & Creative Content

- Design social media posts, stories, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging creatives specifically for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Develop simple Reels and short-form video content.
- Maintain consistency with the school's visual identity and branding.
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and events.

Social Media Management

- Manage the school's Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn presence.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Create and schedule regular social media content.
- Develop LinkedIn content including school updates, achievements, events, and professional communications.
- Write engaging captions and platform-specific content.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.




- Support the growth of the school's online community.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads management.
- Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience managing social media pages and content.
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of social media and advertising creatives.
- Experience creating Reels or short-form video content.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn content and company page management.
- Experience with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Experience working with limited advertising budgets.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM integrations.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and creative production.
- Experience in the education/school sector is an advantage.
