Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Indore.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to derive insights and improve results. The role involves creating and refining digital marketing strategies, coordinating with designers and content creators, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

The specialist will also prepare performance reports, present findings to stakeholders,



and collaborate closely with the consulting team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including planning and running campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and community management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear coordination with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Experience with SEO/SEM tools, marketing automation platforms, and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social ads) is beneficial.
