Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, social media marketing, paid advertising, and campaign performance analysis to drive quality inquiries and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram),LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate quality leads for residential real estate projects through paid and organic marketing.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
- Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Coordinate with the creative team for social media posts, banners, videos, and promotional content.
- Manage website content and ensure regular updates for better user experience and SEO.




- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with social media marketing and content planning.
- Excellent analytical,communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and digital marketing reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record of generating quality leads through digital campaigns.
- Solid understanding of real estate customer acquisition and online marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
