We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist / Executive who has robust knowledge of digital marketing concepts, social media management, CRM/WhatsApp marketing, content creation, and graphic/video designing.
The ideal candidate should be creative, digitally savvy, and capable of managing social media campaigns while creating engaging visual and written content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns using platforms such as Interakt and AiSensy.
- Handle CRM tools and customer communication campaigns.
- Create engaging photos, graphics, reels, videos, and other digital content.
- Edit photos and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication.
- Develop creative content aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Prepare social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports/insights.
