About the Role

Clearhire is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist on behalf of RebornX. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, strengthening online presence, and generating measurable business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media channels and create engaging content
- Plan and execute Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital campaigns
- Manage SEO, website content, and online visibility
- Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance, traffic, leads, and conversions
- Prepare simple performance reports and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies when required

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing




- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media
- Positive understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and digital marketing metrics
- Strong content, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment

Expectations

- Ownership of campaigns end-to-end, from planning to performance reporting
- Consistent, data-backed decision-making rather than guesswork
- Timely delivery of content, campaigns, and reports without follow-ups needed
