Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and improve the company’s online presence and digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our construction and infrastructure projects, managing social media platforms, creating marketing content, and supporting lead generation and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the company and its construction projects.
- Manage company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Create engaging content such as posts, banners, reels, videos, project updates and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, monitoring and performance analysis.
- Handle email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
- Support the company’s branding and online reputation.
- Edit photos and videos for project presentations, social media and advertisements using Photoshop and video-editing tools.
- Coordinate with the construction/project team to collect photographs, videos and project information for digital promotion.




- Maintain and update the company’s website and online profiles, where required.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic digital marketing reports and analytics.
- Research market trends, competitors and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Support business development activities through online lead generation and marketing campaigns.

Preferred Candidate

Qualification:

Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.

Experience:

1–3 years in Digital Marketing/Social Media/Marketing.

Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure or engineering companies will be an advantage.

Should have positive creative thinking and communication skills.

Should be able to independently manage social media and advertising campaigns.

Knowledge of construction/project-related marketing will be preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
