Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan and publish regular Posts, Reels, Stories, Videos and Property Updates.
- Monitor current social media trends and implement relevant trends for real estate content.
- Respond to comments, enquiries and messages professionally.
- Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.

2. Real Estate Content Creation

- Create attractive and informative content for properties, projects, apartments, commercial spaces and developments.
- Plan, shoot and edit property walkthrough videos, Reels and short-form videos.
- Create content around:
- Property features & amenities
- Project walkthroughs
- Location advantages
- New launches
- Offers & promotions
- Construction updates
- Customer testimonials
- Site visits
- Real estate tips and information
- Write engaging captions, headlines and promotional copy.
- Coordinate photography and video shoots at property/project sites.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation





- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property projects.
- Manage and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Assist in generating quality property enquiries and leads.
- Track campaign performance, enquiries, cost per lead and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up on digital leads.
- Suggest new strategies to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

4. Creative & Brand Development

- Maintain a consistent and skilled brand image across all digital platforms.
- Create marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
- Develop creative campaigns for property launches, events, festivals and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram/Reels trends, social media algorithms and digital marketing techniques.
- Continuously suggest new ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.
