Digital Marketing Lead TRUE ARTIS

Role & Responsibilities

- Own the complete digital marketing function for TRUE ARTIS.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage monthly marketing budgets with accountability for leads, CAC, conversion and revenue.
- Improve lead quality by continuously refining audiences, keywords, creatives and landing pages.
- Own the SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and rankings for high-intent keywords.
- Coordinate with creative, content, website, sales and operations teams.
- Track the complete customer funnel—from campaign click and lead generation to consultation and procedure.
- Build dashboards and share weekly performance reports with clear insights and action plans.
- Manage remarketing, competitor analysis and location-specific campaigns for multiple centres.
- Lead agency and external partner relationships, wherever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Search Console and SEO.




- Proven experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and generating high-quality leads.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and marketing attribution.
- Healthcare, aesthetics, D2C, real estate, education or another high-consideration category experience preferred.
- Analytical, target-oriented and comfortable taking complete ownership.
