We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can drive digital growth, generate quality leads, and create engaging content using modern AI tools and technologies. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in paid advertising, content creation, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing and growth strategies.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate and improve quality leads through digital channels.
- Create AI-generated content, images, reels, and videos using relevant AI tools.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, marketing, research, and campaign performance.
- Manage social media content and digital campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI and conversions.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business.
- Stay updated with the latest AI,
digital marketing, and growth trends.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI content and AI video creation.
- Good understanding of AI tools for marketing and content creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media and digital trends.
- Ability to take ownership of campaigns and deliver measurable results.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
