Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to take responsibility for Tunnel Infotech's digital presence, brand growth, content strategy, campaigns, and online audience engagement.

The selected candidate will have a 3-month probation period, during which performance, consistency, skills, creativity, and contribution to the company's marketing activities will be evaluated.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Tunnel Infotech and Tunnel App.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create and coordinate posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Manage social media growth and audience engagement.
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research.
- Support SEO and website marketing activities.
- Develop campaigns for Tunnel App launches, college outreach, events, and partnerships.
- Work closely with the design, content, product, and business development teams.




- Track campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare marketing reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.

Probation PeriodThe position includes a 3-month probation period. During probation, the candidate will be evaluated based on:

- Performance and productivity
- Quality and consistency of work
- Creativity and initiative
- Social media growth and campaign contribution
- Communication and teamwork
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Overall contribution to Tunnel Infotech

Probation Salary: ₹5,000 per month. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate may be confirmed as a regular employee, subject to company requirements and performance.
