Role: Digital Marketing Manager

ASE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can build and execute digital strategies that generate high-quality leads and measurable revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for qualified lead generation.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars across digital channels.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
- Handle On-Page & Off-Page SEO to improve organic visibility and leads.
- Manage GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager and other analytics tools.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research and conversion optimization.




- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-customer conversion.
- Track and report marketing performance from ad spend → leads → customers → revenue.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO.
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Someone who focuses on business results, not just clicks, impressions, or lead volume.
