Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to strengthen brand presence and support business growth. Day-to-day activities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.

The role also involves monitoring web analytics, managing online advertising, and ensuring adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing online campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management.
- Experience in Lead Generation through digital funnels, marketing automation, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to interpret Web Analytics to measure performance, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts into clear, engaging messages.
- Experience in financial services, investment management, or related domains is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
