Roles and Responsibilities

1. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, organic lead generation and display advertising.
2. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels  Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
3. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;
4. Set clear team goals, oversee, and manage day-to-day operations;
5. Monitor team performance and motivate team members to achieve all goals;
6. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments;
7. Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues;
8. Suggest and organise team-building activities;





Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
2. Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.
3. Knowledge of global markets. (Forex & Comex)
4. Fluent English communication; sales & marketing skills required.
5. Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
6. Experienced in International Sales, Marketing, Global Markets, and Financial Services will be preferred.
