Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage high-performing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.




- Plan lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Optimize ads regularly to improve ROI and reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Prepare campaign reports and performance insights.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and copy.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of audience targeting and remarketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and generate reports.
