About the Role We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy for our healthcare-focused brand. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands both performance marketing and the nuances of marketing in a regulated healthcare space.

What You'll Do

- Own and drive the digital marketing strategy across SEO, paid media, email, and social
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) with a focus on lead generation and patient/customer acquisition
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Monitor and report on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly
- Ensure marketing communications align with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA-aware messaging, where applicable)




- Manage marketing budgets and vendor/agency relationships
- Coordinate with US-based stakeholders in real time, requiring overlap with US business hours
- Stay current with healthcare marketing trends, regulations, and audience behavior

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in healthcare marketing
- Demonstrated experience working US hours and collaborating with US clients/teams
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and marketing analytics platforms (GA4, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (US client-facing)
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Nice to Have

- Experience with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices
- Familiarity with healthcare CRM/EHR-adjacent marketing tools
- Prior experience marketing to a US healthcare audience

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
