- Marketing Location: Hadapsar, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–5 Years About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager cum Business Development Manager who can take responsibility for both digital marketing execution and business growth . The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, client communication, and sales/business development .

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Develop lead-generation strategies for real estate and other businesses. Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.

Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and campaigns. Develop monthly digital marketing strategies for clients. Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and AI solutions.

Business Development

Generate new business leads through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other channels. Identify and approach potential clients, particularly in the real estate sector . Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

Conduct client meetings and presentations. Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the management. Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients. Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets. Team &

- Client Management Coordinate with the performance marketing, graphics, content and video teams. Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines. Communicate campaign requirements clearly to internal teams.



Act as a point of contact for selected clients and ensure smooth execution. Track project status and ensure client satisfaction.
