About the Role

Plan, run and optimise paid and organic digital campaigns for Arthamandapam's client portfolio and its own events, with full ownership of budget, targeting, creative direction, optimisation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute end-to-end digital strategy for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Plan, launch, monitor and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns lead generation, conversions, traffic, reach and Performance Max.
- Own campaign budgets and deliver against CPL, CPA, ROAS and lead-quality targets.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking: Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion APIs and offline conversion imports.
- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements and landing pages.
- Brief the design and video teams on creative requirements and review output for campaign fitness.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients with insight and next-step recommendations.
- Handle client communication, review calls and account retention independently.





Required Technical Skills & Mandatory Experience

- 10+ years hands-on digital marketing experience, substantial time inside a digital marketing/advertising agency handling multiple brands concurrently.
- Deep, hands-on performance marketing on both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads must have personally run and optimised campaigns, not merely supervised them.
- Demonstrable results: actual CPL, ROAS or conversion figures achieved, with account and budget context.
- Experience managing monthly ad spends of 1,00,000 and above.
- Solid analytics ability across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and Looker Studio.
- Direct client-facing experience reporting, review calls, account ownership.

Preferred / Good to Have

- Experience marketing events, seminars or knowledge products.
- SEO and content marketing capability alongside paid.
- Experience running campaigns in Tamil for regional audiences.
