As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our digital marketing initiatives and help us scale our online presence and lead generation.

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing - Team Lead will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive quality leads, and support the business development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, paid campaigns, content marketing, analytics, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
- SEO & Website Optimization
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Work closely with content and web teams to optimize landing pages and improve user experience.
- Content & Lead Generation through Organic SEO and Google Ads.
- Create and implement content marketing strategies including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Develop lead generation funnels and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote services through digital channels.




- Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan engaging content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor brand reputation and engagement metrics.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators such as traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRM platforms.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, business development, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external agencies for campaign execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience in organic SEO for lead generation and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and marketing automation
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Mandatory team-handling experience, including leading, mentoring, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and managing a team of digital marketing professionals

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B marketing or consulting industry
- Knowledge of regulatory services will be preferred.
- Experience in Organic SEO, conversion rate optimization and marketing automation
- Strong content strategy and branding understanding
