Role & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising) for pharmaceutical products and the company brand.

Manage and optimize the company's website content and user experience, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Create engaging and compliant digital content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, social media updates, videos) for target audience.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and pharmaceutical industry digital regulations.

Collaborate with product marketing managers to integrate digital strategies into overall marketing plans.

Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to pharmaceutical advertising guidelines and company compliance standards.





Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s Degree is preferred more.

· Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

Skills:

· Proven experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, email marketing platforms, and content management systems

· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google My Business, and other digital marketing analytics tools

· Promotion & Sales on e-commerce platforms – Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.

· Robust understanding of pharmaceutical industry digital marketing regulations (e.g., HIPAA, specific advertising codes)
