Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the intern supports the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling social media posts, assisting with content for online marketing campaigns, monitoring web analytics, and preparing performance reports.

The intern collaborates with marketing and design teams, contributes ideas to improve engagement,



and helps maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms. This role offers hands-on experience with digital tools and strategies, along with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with the ability to support campaign creation and execution.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics, including basic understanding of metrics and performance tracking tools.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Interest in current digital trends, social platforms, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic image editing, or copywriting) is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
