Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the digital marketing team in executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting with content creation across platforms. Daily tasks include researching audience trends, scheduling posts,



tracking campaign performance using analytics tools, and preparing basic reports.

The role also involves coordinating with designers and content creators, contributing ideas for digital campaigns, and helping maintain consistent brand messaging. The intern will gain hands-on experience in agency workflows, client-focused strategy execution, and performance-driven digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to track performance and optimize digital strategies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and contribute to client-facing work.
- Basic understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and current digital trends.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with design or content tools (such as Canva, basic video editors, or content schedulers) is an advantage.
