We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to handle and grow our online presence and generate quality leads for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and other social media platforms.
- Create and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate and manage quality leads through digital channels.
- Develop engaging content for social media posts, reels, videos and advertisements.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and advertising budgets.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and cost per lead.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Maintain regular reports on digital marketing activities and campaign performance.
- Support website and landing-page marketing activities.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate / Construction.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in social media management and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and website/landing-page optimization.
- Good communication and creative content skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make improvements.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
