Addax Digital is a digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through SEO, performance marketing, social media, content, and video. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing team and deliver strong results for our clients.

Job Summary

As Digital Marketing Head, you will plan and manage digital strategies for multiple clients, lead a team of marketers, and make sure every campaign delivers measurable growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically and also execute.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead digital marketing strategy for all client accounts
- Manage and improve SEO, AEO, and GEO performance
- Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Set campaign budgets and track ROI, ROAS, and lead quality
- Guide and mentor the marketing, design, and content teams
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients
- Stay updated on changes in search engines,



ad platforms, and AI search
- Support the sales team with proposals and strategy presentations

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including time in a senior or lead role
- Robust knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, and local)
- Working experience in AEO and GEO to help brands get found on AI search platforms
- Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Good knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work with data and turn it into clear decisions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
