WellnessFast is a health-tech company focused on helping people improve their metabolic health, weight, energy and overall well-being through a combination of medical expertise, technology and personalized health programs.

We are growing across multiple countries and are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about growth,

experimentation and building a brand.

We are currently serving 8 countries and is based out of Bengaluru.

What You'll Own

You will work across the complete digital growth funnel awareness traffic leads conversion retention.

Your responsibilities will include

- Performance Marketing: Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- SEO: Improve organic search rankings, website traffic, keyword performance and conversions
- Organic Growth: Build and execute content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X/Twitter
- Social Media: Manage the content calendar, publishing, engagement and channel growth
- Content Creation: Create posts, reels, short-form videos and campaign creatives
- Video Editing: Edit short-form videos, doctor videos, testimonials, reels and ad creatives
- Campaign Optimization: Track CAC/CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS and funnel performance
- CRM & Lead Funnel: Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads
- Analytics: Use GA4, Search Console,



Meta Ads Manager and other tools to understand performance
- Growth Experiments: Continuously test recent creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging and acquisition channels

What We're Looking For 24 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with strong exposure to:

SEO • Google Ads • Meta Ads • Instagram • LinkedIn • Facebook • X/Twitter • Video Editing • Content Marketing • CRM • Analytics

You should be comfortable executing yourself, not just coordinating with agencies.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely passionate about growth
- Loves experimenting and learning quickly
- Thinks in terms of numbers, funnels and conversions
- Can balance creative thinking with data
- Takes ownership and gets things done
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus Experience in health-tech, wellness, D2C, consumer internet or international marketing is a plus.
