About Vasudha Grand

Vasudha Grand is a premium, forest-integrated weekend villa community on NH-65, near Zaheerabad/Kohir, Hyderabad, on the Hyderabad–Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to own Vasudha Grand's social media presence and performance marketing, generating a steady stream of qualified leads for the sales team. This role works closely with the video editor and graphic designer to plan and publish content, and with the Telesales/BD team to track lead quality and campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) for Vasudha Grand.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate qualified leads within target cost-per-lead.
- Brief, review, and coordinate with the video editor and graphic designer to produce on-brand content and ad creatives.
- Track cost-per-lead, lead quality, and campaign ROI; coordinate with the Sales Head/Telesales team on lead flow and feedback.




- Manage website and landing page updates and lead-capture forms in coordination with developers/agencies.
- Plan and coordinate influencer collaborations and on-site content shoots.
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement, comments, and DMs in line with the brand's premium tone.
- Track real estate digital marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and audience insights.
- Maintain a content and campaign calendar; share regular performance reports with the Founder.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with prior experience marketing real estate projects (plots/villas/apartments) mandatory.
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a track record of generating qualified property leads.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Working understanding of the real estate buyer journey and lead qualification (genuine interest vs. junk leads).
- Positive communication skills; comfortable briefing creative teams and coordinating with sales.
- Graduate; a digital marketing certification is a plus.
