About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to manage and improve our online marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for social media, content creation, online campaigns, lead generation, and improving the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create and publish property-related posts, reels, and stories.
- Plan and manage social media content.
- Create captions and promotional content.
- Manage and monitor Meta Ads campaigns.
- Support online lead-generation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and leads.
- Coordinate with the team for property details, photos, and videos.
- Track social media growth and campaign results.
- Research digital marketing and real estate trends.
- Suggest new content and marketing ideas.
- Coordinate with designers and other marketing team members.




- Maintain regular marketing activities and content schedules.
- Support other digital marketing activities when required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or online marketing.
- Any Degree.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Experience with social media content and campaigns.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Creative thinking and ability to suggest new ideas.
- Valuable coordination and time-management skills.
- Real estate marketing experience is an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided based on individual performance and company policy.
