UltraFast Chargers is building its digital marketing function and is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to establish and grow our digital presence.

This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketing professional with 4+ years of experience who can build campaigns, strengthen our online presence, generate qualified B2B leads, and contribute to business growth.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals
- Manage and grow social media channels, content calendars, campaigns, and digital presence
- Plan and coordinate engaging content for social media, website, campaigns, and marketing platforms
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant paid campaigns
- Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and organic growth
- Drive qualified B2B leads and coordinate with Sales and Business Development teams to improve conversions
- Manage website content, landing pages, digital user experience, and conversion journeys
- Track campaigns, leads, conversions, ROI, and performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools
- Monitor competitors, market trends,



and digital opportunities to improve visibility and customer acquisition
- Use AI tools for content ideation, research, copy development, campaign planning, insights, reporting, and workflow optimization

Preferred Skills:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related role
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and B2B lead generation
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, conversion tracking, and digital funnels
- Strong content writing, communication, campaign planning, and analytical skills
- Good understanding of basic graphic design principles including layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to create clean, professional basic designs using Canva and other design tools

- Experience in EV, Electrical, Energy, Infrastructure, Automotive, or related industries is preferred
- Creative, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of digital marketing activities

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience
