Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Manage SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Write, edit, format, and publish blogs and marketing content.
- Support basic SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Coordinate with sales, design, technology, partnerships, and other internal teams.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and deadlines.
- Follow up with team members to ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time.
- Review campaign performance including email opens, clicks, conversions, website traffic, and lead activity.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and performance summaries.
- Assist with social media, landing pages, newsletters, and other marketing initiatives when required.
- Research competitors, industry trends, keywords, and content opportunities.
- Maintain organized marketing files, databases, and campaign documentation.
