Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, Instagram marketing, Meta campaigns, content creation, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating social media content using Canva and managing Meta advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

- Manage Instagram content, including posts, Reels, Stories, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement.

- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.

- Create social media creatives, Reels, Stories, promotional videos, and other marketing content using Canva.

- Perform basic video editing for Reels, advertisements, and promotional content.

- Develop monthly social media content calendars and campaign plans.

- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience engagement.

- Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, leads, and conversions.

- Prepare regular social media and advertising performance reports.





- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.

- Robust knowledge of Instagram Marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Meta Campaigns.

- Experience planning and executing Social Media Campaigns.

- Strong Canva skills.

- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.

- Ability to create engaging Reels, Stories, posts, and short-form videos.

- Good understanding of social media content strategy and analytics.

- Creative thinking and good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Google Ads.

- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM.

- Familiarity with GA4 and social media analytics tools.

- Experience with lead-generation campaigns.
