Soni and Soni is a boutique Intellectual Property (IP) law firm based in Ahmedabad, practising trademark, patent, copyright and design law since 2007. We're building our first-ever in-house digital marketing function from the ground up, a rare chance to own strategy and execution from day one, not just execute someone else's plan.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to own SEO, Google Ads (PPC), analytics, and content marketing for the firm's digital presence. You'll work closely with our in-house content and social media specialist and report to our HR & Operations lead.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy — on-page, technical, and content-led — to grow organic search visibility
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (PPC) campaigns: keyword research, ad copy, budget and bid management
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console; report on traffic, conversions, and cost-per-lead
- Write and edit SEO-optimized website content and blog articles (legal-industry content, reviewed with our attorneys for accuracy)
- Support email marketing and CRM-based lead nurture campaigns
- Coordinate with our social media specialist on content aligned to marketing goals




- Track and report on lead generation performance monthly

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads / PPC, or Performance Marketing
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Ads / Google AdWords
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Robust written English and basic content/copywriting ability
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) is a plus
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications are a plus, not mandatory
